Five steps, all from home
Most clients never visit the office. Here is what happens from the first call to the day your case is decided.

Step 1: Book a video consult
Pick a time online or call us. Tell us your language; the consult has a set fee and counts toward your fee.

Step 2: Get your fee in writing
After the call we email the plan and the flat fee. Take the time you need to decide.

Step 3: Sign and upload
Sign the agreement electronically and upload documents from your phone to a secure folder.

Step 4: We prepare and file
A lawyer drafts every form. You review it with us by video before anything is sent.

Step 5: We stay with you to the decision
We send you every notice, answer USCIS, and prepare you for the interview.
Meetings that fit around work and kids
Video consults run on weekdays until 5 p.m. and on Saturday mornings. Join from your phone in the car on a lunch break if that’s what works. If you’d rather sit across a desk, the office on North Third Street in downtown San Jose is open on weekdays.
