Green card questions
I entered without inspection. Can I still adjust here?
Usually not, but there are exceptions, and some people qualify for a waiver before they travel for the consular interview. This is what the consult is for: don’t file anything until a lawyer has looked at your entries and exits.
Can I travel while my case is pending?
Only with an approved travel permit (advance parole). Leaving without one can end your application. We request it with your I-485.
What happens at the interview?
An officer reviews your forms with you and asks about your relationship and your history. We hold a practice interview by video the week before, in your language.
Ask us which path fits you
Bring your passport, your entry records and any past immigration papers to a 30-minute video consult.
