Cases with a past deportation order or a criminal record are quoted at the consult, still as a flat fee.
Paying the flat fee
Pay over time
Split any flat fee into monthly payments with no interest. We start work after the first one.
No hourly bills
Calls, emails and replies to USCIS are part of the fee. You won’t be billed for asking a question.
If filing would hurt
If the consult shows that filing would do more harm than good, we’ll say so, and there’s no flat fee to pay.
Questions about paying
Why are government fees separate?
They go straight to the agency, change from time to time, and some can be waived. Keeping them separate means you see exactly what we charge and what the government charges.
What if USCIS asks for more evidence?
Our reply is included. A new filing, like an appeal, is quoted as its own flat fee before we start.
Is the consult fee refunded?
It isn’t refunded, but it’s credited in full to your flat fee if you hire us within 30 days.
